The task of refuelling aircraft is a new challenge each and every day. On average, we refuel one aircraft every minute. In doing so, we have set ourselves strict guidelines to ensure that you, our customer, are 100% satisfied with our refuelling services every single time. In addition, a clear mission statement is indispensable for responsible safety at work, health and environmental protection.
Protecting health, plant & equipment and the environment is the primary concern in carrying out our work. Our staff undergo a regular series of safety trainings enabling them to obtain a maximum level of reliable professional experience. Moreover, we constantly work on technical solutions to improve the level of reliability even further.
For you as our customer, our primary focus is on your particular needs. AFS staff are trained to identify requirements and needs at an early stage and to meet them comprehensively – from personal consultancy all the way through to control of infrastructure. While aircraft refuelling is largely standardized, we receive requests every now and again for individually tailored solutions which we will be pleased to offer you.
Ground times are brief and incur costs. For this reason, our employees need to work almost just as fast and precisely as a Formula 1 pit crew – and in dimensions that are several times larger!
